Saw serijal dobiva novi nastavak. Lionsgate i Twisted Pictures upravo su najavili da će sljedeći nastavak serijala vrijednoga milijarde dolara stići s novim filmom zakazanim za 27. listopada 2023. Ovo će biti deseti film vrlo uspješnoga horor serijala.
Film će režirati Kevin Greutert, koji je režirao Saw VI (2009.) i Saw: The Final Chapter (2010.) dok je bio montažer za prvih pet dijelova i Jigsaw (2017.). Greutert je miljenik obožavatelja serijala, a mnogi ga podržavaju u njegova dva unosa. Osim Saw filmova, također je režirao dugometražne filmove Jessabelle (2014.) sa Sarah Snook i Visions (2015.) s Islom Fisher.
Zaplet novog filma se drži u tajnosti, ali studio obećava da će film uhvatiti “srca obožavatelja – i druge dijelove tijela – potpuno novim uvrnutim, genijalnim zamkama i novom misterijom koju treba riješiti”.
“Slušali smo što su obožavatelji tražili i marljivo radimo na planiranju filma koji će obožavati ljubitelji serijala kao i ljubitelji samoga horor žanra.
