Radnja igre će se održavati u kontaminiranom području New Yorka, gdje ćemo se moći boriti protiv NPC-ijeva. Nagrada za naše mukotrpne borbe će biti rijedak loot, a zaplet u ovom svemu je naš odlazak do mjesta susreta s helikopterom. Tada možemo očekivati napad od strane drugih igrača kako bi nam uzeli rijetki loot. Također možemo očekivati izdaju od strane naših suigrača.
