Fallout London jedna je velika modifikacija za Fallout 4, a sam mod će biti dostupan za PC verziju Fallouta 4, nekad tijekom 2023. godine. Naime, bivša britanska kraljica Elizabeta II. nekim čudom je uspjela izbjeći svijet videoigara, pa tako developeri nisu ubacili kraljicu u sam mod, iako, bilo je rečeno da bi se pojavila samo ako doživi lansiranje tog moda, što naravno kraljica nije doživjela.
Kako prenosi PC Gamer, u igri se neće pojaviti ni trenutni kralj Charles III., iako su postojali planovi da i njega vidimo u britanskoj postapokalipsi, također u zombificiranom izdanju.
I naravno kako kaže i sam naziv, Fallout London odvijat će se na Britanskom tlu, te će imati veći fokus na hladna oružja. Eh ti Britanci, uvijek neka strka kod njih.
