Mortal Kombat 1 je odmah pri svom izlasku lansirao Kombat Pack. Drugim riječima nekoliko DLC likova koji će naknadno dolaziti u Mortal Kombat 1, ovoga puta red je došao na Ermaca. Prije njega rosteru se pridružio Peacemaker, no Ermac je nekako zaludio većinu igrine zajednice svojim povratkom u serijal. Za sve koji ne znaju Ermac upravlja mrtvim dušama, a njegov vizualni prikaz u Mortal Kombat 1 izgleda jako dobro. Također, trailer ga prikazuje kao jako zanimljivog borca za koristiti.
Osim Ermaca, u Mortal Kombat 1 dolazi i novi Kameo borac pod nazivom Mavado. On je kroz cijelu svoju povijest u serijalu bio Kameo borac ili se samo pojavljivao u nekim scenama,no u Mortal Kombat 1 je dobio i svoj fatality. Trailer nam je prikazao i njegov i Ermacov fatality pa možemo reći kako su i jedan i drugi poprilično brutalni. Drugim riječima, Warner Bros. Games i NetherRealm Studios nas nisu razočarali. Ako ste vlasnik Kombat Packa, pristup Ermacu dobivate već 16.04., dok će ostalim igračima biti dostupan tek 23.04.
