Redatelj Zach Cregger, poznat u horor svijetu po svojem filmu Barbarian, i Warner Bros. vraćaju se s novim žanrovskim projektom – Weapons. Prvi trailer nam nije otkrio puno toga, dok je drugi, suprotno tome, prikazao gotovo previše. U njemu smo uronjeni u bizaran i uznemirujući svijet u kojem puno ljudi umire na vrlo neuobičajene načine. Cregger je već u prvim sekundama drugog trailera svima dao do znanja da sve ovdje radi o jednom jezivom i misterioznom filmu.
Trailer počinje jezivim glasom djeteta koji postavlja ton za ostatak videa. Radnja filma temelji se na misteriju nestanka gotovo cijelog razreda djece – svi su nestali u isto vrijeme, iste noći, ostavljajući grad u panici. Cregger film opisuje kao “zabavan, smiješan, strašan, ali istovremeno ozbiljno poremećen”. Dodaje i kako će Weapons biti veći i luđi projekt od Barbariana. U glavnim ulogama gledat ćemo: Josha Brolina, Juliju Garner, Aldena Ehrenreicha, Benedicta Wonga, Amy Madigan, Austina Abramsa i Caryja Christophera.
Weapons bi trebao biti horor koji pomiče granice i ostavlja bez dana, a u kina stiže 8. kolovoza 2025. godine!
