BiBivši djelatnici CD Projekt RED koji su radili na razvoju Witcher serijala i Cyberpunka osnovali su vlastiti studio imena Rebel Wolves. Sada su otkrili svoj prvi projekt The Blood of Dawnwalker.
Iako je sasvim očekivano bilo da će postojati sličnosti s Witcherom postoje i razlike koje će Dawnwalkera udaljiti od onoga što radi CD Projekt. Vrijeme radnje smješteno je u Europu u 14. stoljeće. Glavni lik Coen je Dawnwalker, odnosno polutan između čovjeka i vampira. Vampirske moći tako će te moći koristiti samo tijekom noći dok će te preko dana biti običan čovjek.
Ono što najviše izdvaja Dawnwalkera je vremensko ograničenje igranja koje je vrlo kreativno osmišljeno. Igrač će imati 30 dana i 30 noći da pređe igru odnosno spasi svoju obitelj. Svakim riješen questom vrijeme bi se pomicalo naprijed, a developeri kažu kako nema razlike između onih glavnih i sporednih. Time su igrači ograničeni na svega nekoliko dijelova priče što bi trebalo potaknuti sve da barem još jedanput odigraju igru u želji da otkriju drugu stranu igre.
The Blood of Dawnwalker izaći će za PC, PlayStation 5i Xbox Series konzole, a kada će to biti developeri još nisu otkrili.
