Bloober Team je preuzeo razvoj Silent Hill 2 Remake koji će biti ekskluziva za konzolu ( PS5 ), ali će biti dostupan i na PC-u.
Uz Bloober Team na Remakeu rade i Masahiro Ito i Akira Yamaoka koji će ciljati na to da moderniziraju gameplay. Rekli su kako će i dodati “over the shoulder” kameru kako bi se više uživili u igru. Mateusz Lenart je glavni direktor za cijeli ovaj projekt.
Za ovaj remake će se koristiti Unreal Engine 5 koji će poboljšati i mehaniku borbe i dovesti značajna grafička poboljšanja. Evo šta su nam još poručili developeri:
