Cijela priča oko Splinter Cell-ovog remakea nas je jako obradovala, no postoji jedna stvar koja je sve fanove malo zabrinula. Ubisoft u nadolazećem remakeu Splinter Cell-a želi ispričati priču kojom će privući tako zvanu “modernu publiku”. Kako bi remake privukao “modernu publiku” Ubisoft će morati ponovno napisati priču, što bi mogao biti problem.
Prema zadnjim vijestima na novoj priči ovog naslova bi trebali radili ljudi iz Ubisoft Toronta koji su zaslužni za neke od većih naslova. Kao što su Far Cry 6, Watch Dogs: Legion, Far Cry 5 i svima poznati hit iz 2013. Splinter Cell: Blacklist. Ova informacija nam ulijeva barem malo nade za ovaj remake.
Priča Splinter Cella usredotočena je na glavnog lika serijala, Sama Fishera, agenta kojeg Sjedinjene Američke Države unajmljuju da obavlja crne operacije. Organizacija za koju Fisher radi se zove Third Echelon. Glavnina igre se svodi na šuljanje, provaljivanju u neprijateljske baze i eliminiranju neprijatelja ili terorista, ovisno o misijama.
Mi se nadamo da promjena priče neće upropastiti serijal i da ćemo u remakeu moći uživati kao što smo svi uživali u originalima kada smo bili mali.
