The Expanse: A Telltale Series je adaptacija znanstveno-fantastične serije koja nosi isti naziv kao i igra, The Expanse. Centar ili srž svake Telltale igre je naravno priča začinjena s hrpom teških odluka koje naravno donosi igrač. Developeri nam poručuju kako nas stavljaju u cipele jednog od najvažnijih likova iz serije. Dok fanovi očekuju lude manevre u nultoj gravitaciji i naravno hodanje po zidovima i ostalim površinama s magnetskih cipelama. Sama priča igre neće biti ista kao serija, ali će ispričati avanturu svemirskih pirata. Glavni lik će biti Camina Drummer, a glumit će ju originalna glumica iz serije, Cara Gee.
Kao što to biva s Telltale igrama, postoji dobar i loš kraj, svi mogu preživjeti ili će sve dočekati gnjusna svemirska smrt.
