U vrlo tijesnom i u uzbudljivom finalu Team Spirit na leđima sjajnog d0nka osvojio je svoju prvu Major titulu. Spirit godinu završava s još jednim trofejom baš kao što ju je i započeo pobijedivši FaZe, tada u Katowicama, a sada u Shanghaiu.
Mlada zvijezda d0nk sa svojih svega 17 godina postao je MVP finala i cijelog turnira. Mnogi se pitaju je li riječ o budućem GOAT-u Counter Strikea jer već sada je dominantan i teško zaustavljiv, a ispred njega je još puno puno toga. U ovome finalu koje se završilo 2-1 u korist ruske ekipe ne smijemo zaboraviti ni magixxa koji je odigrao briljantnu partiju.
FaZe ko Faze opet ostaje bez trofeja, ovo im je drugi Major turnir za redom gdje rezultatom 2-1 u finalu ostaju bez najsjajnijeg odličja. Prošloga puta nepremostiva prepreka bio je NaVi. Karrigan je pak putem svog X profila čestitao protivniku na osvojenom turniru i rekao kako ovo nije zadnja prilika u kojoj se borio za trofej.
