Sonic the Hedgehog 3 trebao bi stići u kina za nešto više od dvije godine. Datum premijere zasada je 20. prosinca 2024. Još se ne zna puno o samome filmu, ali najava je popraćena GIF-om Sonica s Tailsom i Knucklesom. Pretpostavljamo da će se oba lika vratiti u sljedećem filmu.
Sonic the Hedgehog 3 dio je Paramountovih ambicioznih planova za kinematografski Sonic svijet. Također će uključivati TV emisiju usmjerenu na Knucklesa na Paramount+ s Idrisom Elbom.
Knuckles spin-off serija bi trebala izaći na Paramount+ 2023., što je čini sljedećim projektom serijala.
