Naša Judith baš nema sreće, pa će ju tako kroz cijelu igru loviti Eddy. Iako zvuči simpatično, Eddy to stvarno nije, on je lovac koji će nam otežavati bijeg. Jedna od glavnih tehnika u igri je rješavanje zagonetki i otkrivanje svih tajni koje bolnica skriva. Koliko je launch trailer prikazao, igra bi trebala imati poprilično dobre zvučne efekte koji bi trebali graditi jezivu atmosferu koja će pratiti igrača kroz njegovo igranje.
