Subnautica je igra koja spaja avanture planeta s podmorskim preživljavanjem. Prva beta verzija igre predstavljena je 2014. a puna verzija igre izašla je 2018. godine kada ju je zaigralo preko 5 milijuna igrača. Još je bolji bio i nastavak Subnautica: Below Zero.
Nova igra trebala bi izaći u početku 2025. godine. Puno ime igre, kao i svi ostali detalji se još ne znaju, fanovi već godinu dana pričaju razne teorije, no to ništa nije službeno. Međutim, ako fanovi dobro predviđaju radnja igre bi trebala i dalje biti na planeti 4546B, ali ovaj put u velikim dubinama. Cilj priče bi bio izgraditi dovoljnu izdržljivu podmornicu koja će vas odvesti na površinu.
