Novi dan, novi billbil-kunov leak. Ovoga puta, prema njegovim informacijama, legendarna igra Plants vs. Zombies uskoro će dobiti svoj remaster pod nazivom Plants vs. Zombies Replanted. Igra bi trebala izaći 23. listopadan 2025. na gotovo svim platformama – uključujući PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S|X, PC, Nintendo Switch i čak mobilne uređaje.
Billbil-kun je isprva primijetio igru u bazi podataka pod nazivom Plants vs. Zombies: Reloaded, no sada prenosi kako je igra u međuvremenu preimenovana u Replanted kako bi bolje ispratila estetiku i šarm serijala. Remaster bi trebao zadržati osnovnu mehaniku originala, obranu kuće od hordi zombija s pomoću raznih biljaka, ali uz moderniziranu grafiku, bolje sučelje i optimizirane kontrole za nove platforme. Još jedan zanimljiv detalj je cijena, naime Plants vs. Zombies Replanted bi trebao koštati svega 20 eura, što sugerira da EA i PopCap ciljaju na širu publiku i nostalgične fanove, ali i nove igrače koji nikada nisu zaigrali original.
Iako službena potvrda još nije stigla, očekuje se da će EA i PopCap igru službeno najaviti unutar sljedećih mjesec dana. Ako se sve pokaže točnim, Plants vs. Zombies: Replanted mogao bi postati savršen jesenski naslov za sve koji su željni malo nostalgije.
