Ovoga puta im to nije pošlo za rukom te smo dobili gameplay njihove nove igre Deadlock.
Deadlock i dalje nije najavljen, a ne znamo ni kada će se to dogoditi. Ono što se vidi u procurjelom videu je snimka iz zatvorenog testiranja rezervirano za vrlo mal broj ljudi koje je Valve izabrao. Spominje se kako je riječ o closed alpha verziji, a vlasnik gameplaya da je youtuber Uncle Dane poznat po svojim videima iz Team Fortress 2. Uncle Dane je na svom Discord serveru pokazivo gameplay, što je vidljivo s početka snimka, a netko je to odlučio zlouporabiti te podijeliti video s internetom.
Deadlock bi trebao biti spoj Dota 2 i Team Fortressa 2 odnosno pucačina iz trećeg lica koja ima MOBA elemente. Trenutno igra ima 19 različitih likova s kojima se može igrati. Spominje se prisutnost ekonomije i mogućnost pojaćavanja vašeg lika tijekom meča. Deadlock bi trebao biti PvE s 6v6 borbama uz jednog bossa na mapi.
