Kevin Conroy je nedavno bio dijagnosticiran s rakom i nažalost nakon kratke “borbe” s rakom je izgubio i preminuo. Preminuo je u svojoj 66. godini, a najpoznatiji je po davanju glasa Batmanu.
Davao je glas u “Batman: The Animated Series” koja je trajala između 1992-1995 godine. Njegov glas je prvo bio kritiziran, no kasnije su shvatili da Batmanu dobro stoji njegov duboko hrapav glas, a to je potvrdio i Hamill: “Kevin je bio savršenstvo, bio mi je jedan od najdražih ljudi na planeti i volio sam ga kao brata. Brinuo je o ljudima oko sebe i njegova pristojnost je sijala kroz sve što je radio. Svaki put kad sam ga vidio ili pričao s njim, moja duša je bila ispunjenija.”
Conroy nije samo poznat po seriji Batmana, on je davao glas i u ostalim DC Projektima kao što je u video igrama “Batman: Arkham” i “Injustice”. Ovo su svi projekti Batmana u kojima je on sudjelovao: “Batman: Gotham Knight”, “Superman/Batman: Public Enemies”, “Justice League: Doom”, “Batman: The Killing Joke” i Justice League vs. the Fatal Five”.
