Jedan od najpoznatijih PlayStation serijala svih vremena, God of War, ove godine slavi svoj 20. rođendan. Kako bi obilježili ovu važnu obljetnicu, Sony i Santa Monica Studio predstavili su God of War 20th Anniversary Limited Edition DualSense kontroler.
Kontroler će biti dostupan u ograničenim količinama, a cijena iznosi 84,99 eura. Prednarudžbe kreću 3. listopada 2025. u 10 sati po lokalnom vremenu putem PlayStation Directa, dok će ga globalno nuditi i odabrani trgovci.
Kako je objasnio Dela Longfish, umjetnički direktor Santa Monica Studija, ideja je bila stvoriti kontroler koji vizualno i simbolički utjelovljuje Kratosa: “Odmah smo znali da se forma kontrolera savršeno uklapa s Kratosovom tetovažom. Bez obzira na to igrate li grčke ili nordijske sage, crvena tinta na pepeljasto sivoj koži jedan je od najprepoznatljivijih elemenata njegova izgleda.”
God of War se prvi put pojavio 2005. godine na PlayStationu 2, a od tada je serijal prošao kroz brojne transformacije. Od epskih grčkih avantura do nordijske mitologije s emocionalnom pričom o Kratosu i njegovom sinu Atreusu. Ove godine Sony Santa Monica obilježava obljetnicu i drugim aktivnostima kao što su posebne art galerija, ekskluzivne i nove merch predmete.
