Prije svega toga, Cameron Lee je imao više od 20 godina iskustva kao producent, menadžer i potpredsjednik u tvrtkama kao što su Ea, Bungie i BioWare, te je radio an franšizama kao što su Tony Hawk, Dragon Age i Call of Duty.
Nakon najave da će se pridružiti franšizi Rainbow 6, Ubisoft je rekao da će Lee biti odgovoran za stvaranje dugoročne strategije za ovu franšizu.
