Od prije je poznato kako će Toy Freddy imati posebnu ulogu u ovom filmu, a poznato je i da film gledamo u kinima krajem ove godine (5. prosinca). No, sada smo dobili prvi pogled na nastavak filma iz 2023. godine.
Iako i dalje jako malo znamo o ovom filmu, nakon trailera je očito da su animatronicsi pronašli svoj put izvan Freddy Fazbears’s Pizzeria i da više nitko nije siguran. Osim toga, imali smo priliku vidjeti i Ballon Boya sa svojim prepoznatljivim plavim očima. Povratnici u Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 su Josh Hutcherson, Elizabeth Lail i Matthew Lillard, a za izgled i izradu animatronicsa ponovno je zadužen Jim Henson’s Creature Shop.
