Trailer nas je još malo uputio i pripremio za priču koja je zapravo ponovni početak. Vidjeli smo nekoliko x ray poteza kao i fatality poteza. Gameplay je pun krvi i boja. Također su pokušali sakriti nekoliko skinova koji izgledaju dosta zanimljivo. Sve u svemu očekuje nas dosta zanimljivih nekoliko dana uz nadolazeći Mortal Kombat 1.
Osim posljednje trailera prije izlaska igre, developeri su potvrdili kako Mortal Kombat 1 neće biti lansiran s cross-play sustavom. Cross-play će stići naknadno, a kada je to ne znamo. Mnoge igrače ovo neće odgovoriti od kupnje novog Mortal Kombata, ali to ni nije problem. Problem je što su developeri najavljivali cross-play, a sada samo nekoliko dana prije izlaska kažu kako neće odmah biti dostupan. Ne zna se gdje je nastao problem, no dobro.
