PlayStation uskoro slavi 30 godina od lansiranja svoje prve konzole, a povodom toga javnosti su odlučili prikazati svoju “poslasticu” koja spaja prošlost i sadašnjost. Novo ograničeno izdanje dizajna odaje počast 30 godina igranja i putovanja, te strasti koje igrači imaju prema PlayStationu.
Dizajn podsjeća na prvu PlayStation konzolu koja je lansirana 3. prosinca 1994. godine, ali nije konzola jedina poprimila novi izgled. Kupnjom PlayStation 5 Pro konzole u ovom limitiranom izdanju dobivate kontroler koji također ima posebni dizajn, PlayStation kabelske vezice, naljepnice i jedan od 30 posebnih plakata.
Osim toga, PlayStation Portal također ima isti dizajn, a uz njega je tu i DualSense Edge Wireless Controller uz kojeg dobivate prikladnu torbicu također u retro dizajnu.
PlayStationu ni to nije bilo dosta pa su odlučili svakom gore navedenom proizvodu napraviti posebnu kutiju koja izgleda identično kao ona od PlayStation 1 konzole. Prednarudžbe počinju 26. rujna, a lansiranje konzola i periferije zakazano je za 21. studenoga ove godine!
