S novim ažuriranjem Sony je omogućio da se na svom Portalu igrate i bez povezivanja s vašom PlayStation 5 konzolom već igre možete streamati iz clouda. Naravno morate ispunjavati određene uvjete za to. Glavni je da imate aktivnu PS Plus Premium pretplatu i tada možete igrati samo one igre koje se nalaze u PS Plus katalogu.
To znači da ukoliko neka igra bude uklonjena iz kataloga morati će te pronaći novi naslov koji bi ste igrali ili ako ju imate kupljenu streamati sa svoje PS5 konzole. Igre koje nemaju svoje PS5 verzije odmah možete zaboraviti jer one inačice s PS4 nisu podržane. Pobrinite se da imate i stabilan internet jer vam je potrebna minimalna brzina od 5mbps uplouda i 13mbps downloada za glatko igranje u 1080p.
