Resident Evil serijal je ogroman i kada bi zbrojili sve naslove na svim platformama sigurno bi prešli brojku od 50. Doduše, u zadnje vrijeme nismo previše pisali o Resident Evil igrama. Posljednji naslov koji smo imali priliku zaigrati je naravno Resident Evil 4 Remake koji je izašao 2023. godine. S obzirom na to da smo na polovici 2024. godine, pomalo je zabrinjavajuć nedostatak službenih informacija vezanih za ovaj serijal.
Rino (RinoTheBouncer) je na svojemu X profilu napravio kratki pregled svih glasina koje kruže internetom o Resident Evil serijalu. Prva informacija je vezana uz nadolazeći Resident Evil 9, koji je doživio svoju prvu odgodu. Naime, ovaj naslov ćemo zaigrati tek na kraju 2025. godine ili na samom početku 2026. godine. Također, najavu za Resident Evil 9 smo trebali dobiti ovog ljeta, no to je također odgođeno. Nadalje, Rino potvrđuje dva remake naslova koja se trenutno razvijaju, a to su Resident Evil Code Veronica i Resident Evil 0.
Popularni leaker se dotakao još dva naslova. Za Resident Evil 5 je rekao kako još nije u razvoju, a isto to je potvrdio i za Resident Evil 1 remake koji nije započeo s razvojem niti će uskoro početi.
