Igrači imaju visoka očekivanja od ovog naslova, a ista imaju i iz Capcoma. Naime, oni Resident Evil Requiem opisuju kao novu eru survival horor žanra. Naša protagonistica je Grace Ashcroft, inače FBI agentica, koja će istraživati niz čudnih ubojstava i nestanaka.
Ono što je najzanimljivije u traileru za Resident Evil Requiem je mjesto radnje – Raccoon City. Da, dobro ste pročitali, najnoviji naslov u Resident Evil serijalu nas vraća u grad koji je uništen bombom na kraju Resident Evil 3. Za sada nismo dobili nikakve informaciji o gameplayu, načinu igranja ili pak neprijateljima koji nas čekaju u Raccoon Cityju. No, iz Capcoma su potvrdili kako će u kolovozu ove godine za vrijeme Gamescoma otkriti puno više informacija, a igra će se moći i zaigrati.
