Ovaj se trailer fokusirao na Black Iron zatvoru na već spomenutom Jupiterovom mjesecu Callisto. Za sada nas prikazi nisu razočarali, a pogotovo su privlačni za sve obožavatelje Dead Space franšize. Ako niste znali na igri radi redatelj koji je prethodno radio na Dead Spaceu.
Iznenađenje u traileru nam je prikazano u obliku voditeljice pokreta otpora koju je utjelovila Karen Fukuhara, poznata gledateljima serije The Boys. No, u Callisto Protocolu će imati ulogu Danny Nakamure koja će biti vrlo važna za zaplete u priči.
