Sljedeće godine izlazi Sniper Elite: Resistance i nakon dugo vremena nećemo igrati kao, pa sada već legendarni snajperist Karl Fairburne. Njegovo mjesto će preuzeti Harry Hawker koji se nalazi u srcu okupirane Francuske i pokušat će onesposobiti nacističko oružje kojim bi mogli pobijediti u ratu. Mnogi će reći da je ovo klasika za Sniper Elite serijal, i mnogi će biti upravu s tim stavom, ali to ne mora nužno biti loše.
Sniper Elite: Resistance ne trebamo gledati kao šesti nastavak u ovom serijalu, već kao svojevrsni spin-off. Resistance će imati svoju punu kampanju i kooperativno igranje, kao i sve druge značajke koje Sniper Elite igre čini, pa Sniper Elite igrama. Jedini novitet je Propaganda misije koje otključavamo tako da pronađemo specifični poster za vrijeme igranja kampanje, a onda u zasebnoj misiji kasnije imate nekoliko posebnih zahtjeva koje morate ispuniti u zadanom vremenu.
Sniper Elite: Resistance igramo 2025. godine, a bit će dostupan za PlayStation 4 i 5, Xbox One i Series, te za PC.
