Ovo će biti prvo potpuno novo izdanje Virtua Fightera od Virtua Fightera 5 objavljenog davne 2006. godine. Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio, koji je poznat po svojem Yakuza serijalu, izdao je remaster verziju “petice” pod nazivom Final Showdown 2021. godine.
