No More Room in Hell 2 će imati kooperativno igranje za do osam igrača na velikoj mapi koja predstavlja ruralnu Pennsylvaniju. Igrači će, naravno, morati surađivati kako bi preživjeli. No More Room in Hell 2 će primjenjivati permadeath mehaniku pa vam ne bi savjetovali Rambo taktiku. Upravo zbog toga, developeri predlažu stealth pristup, jer vas suigrači ne mogu oživjeti.
Što se samog stealtha tiče, igrači se neće susretati ni sa čim revolucionarnim, ali će morati paziti da ne stvaraju buku. No, ako budete dovoljno snalažljivi, bukom možete privući zombije u zamke. No More Room in Hell 2 također koristi “proximity chat”, pa će tako igrači moći komunicirati jedino kada su si blizu.
