Iznenađenje State of Play prezentacije bila je nesumnjivo najava Nioh 3, novog nastavka popularne akcijske RPG avanture. Još bolja vijest je to da igrači već sada mogu iskusiti dio uzbuđenja koji ih očekuje početkom sljedeće godine, zahvaljujući demo verziji dostupnoj na PlayStation 5 konzoli.
U središtu radnje Nioh 3 nalazi se Tokugawa Takechiyo, budući šogun. čovjek predodređen da ujedini Japan. Igrači će preuzeti njegovu ulogu u borbi protiv yokai demona, birajući između dva stila borbe: samurajskog i nindža. Samurajski stil, sličan onome iz prethodnih Nioh igara, donosi nove mogućnosti poput odbijanja neprijateljskih napada. Nindža stil pak nudi brzo kretanje, izmicanje i zračne napade.
Fleksibilnost je ključna – igrači mogu slobodno prelaziti između ova dva stila borbe u bilo kojem trenutku, bez ograničenja ili nametnutih preferencija. Za razliku od prethodnika, Nioh 3 će ponuditi nešto otvoreniji svijet za istraživanje, uključujući raznolika okruženja od velikih bojnih polja do mirnih sela. Ipak, ne očekujte potpuno otvoreni svijet.
Nioh 3 izlazi početkom 2026. godine za PlayStation 5 i PC. Demo verzija za PS5 dostupna je do 18. ovog mjeseca, pružajući igračima priliku za prvi susret s novim poglavljem u ovom epskom serijalu.
