Davne 2002. godine The Thing je objavljen na PC-u, PlayStation 2 i Xboxu, pojavio se kao zastrašujuća igra temeljena izravno na istoimenom filmu Johna Carpentera iz 1982. godine. Radilo se o solidnoj horor pucačini u kojoj su igrači imali širok spektar oružja kako bi se mogli riješiti prijetnje na svojoj antarktičkoj postaji. The Thing je imao i nekoliko igrivih likova koje ste mogli udružiti u borbi protiv prijetnje.
Nakon dvadeset i dvije godine objavljeno je kako nam Nightdive Studios priprema remaster. Tim je ovo otkrio u objavi na društvenim mrežama koju možete pogledati ispod.
Kao što ste mogli vidjeti gore, studio je pripremio i kratki teaser trailer kojim najavljuju ovaj remake. Za sada još nema naznaka kada će The Thing Remastered biti dostupan ili pak na kojim ćemo ga platformama moći zaigrati, ali obožavatelji klasičnih horor filmova i retro igara su uzbuđeni zbog ovog projekta.
