SpongeBob i Patrick vraćaju se u potpuno novom naslovu – SpongeBob SquarePants: Titans of the Tide. Naslov je predstavljen tijekom THQ Nordic Digital Showcasea 2025., a izlazi 18. studenog. Iako je igra trebala biti otkrivena tijekom samog eventa, detalji su procurili ranije zahvaljujući preranom objavljivanju store stranica koje su odmah otkrile ključne informacije o naslovu.
Opis igre glasi ovako: “Kako zaustaviti dva najveća ega Sedam mora da se ne sukobe? Sukob između Letećeg Nizozemca i Kralja Neptuna izazvao je kaotičnu invaziju duhova po cijelom Bikini Bottomu. SpongeBob i Patrick moraju pokazati sve svoje vještine, hrabrost i, usuđujemo se reći , domišljatost, kako bi ponovno vratili (ne)normalu u svoj podvodni dom.“
SpongeBob SquarePants: Titans of the Tide će igračima omogućiti igranje kao SpongeBob i Patrick, s mogućnošću prebacivanja likova u hodu. Nove mehanike uključuju grappling i burrowing, a igra će nas odvesti i na dobro poznate lokacije kao što su Neptunova palača i Planina Bikini. SpongeBob SquarePants: Titans of the Tide će imati punu podršku za solo i couch co-op, no i to je bilo od prije poznato zbog preranog objavljivanja igre na store stranici.
SpongeBob SquarePants: Titans of the Tide će imati tri izdanja – Standardno, Deluxe i Ultimate izdanje. Standardno izdanje dolazi po cijeni od 40 eura, a Deluxe izdanje uključuje Season Pass i sve planirane DLC ekspanzije i koštati će 55 eura. Za kraj, Ultimate izdanje koštati će 90 eura i dobijate dvije igre SpongeBob: The Cosmic Shake i SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated, te sav njihov DLC sadržaj.
SpongeBob SquarePants: Titans of the Tide će biti dostupna na PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2 i PC-ju.
