Blast je nedavno službeno objavio da će organizirati Major u Francuskom glavnom gradu Parizu.
Radi se o Blast Majoru koji će imati nagradni fond od čak 1,250,000 dolara. Ovo je drugi najveći nagradni fond u povijesti CS:GO-a, najveći je bio PGL Major u Stockholmu 2021 kada je fond vrijedio 2 millijuna dolara.
Major će se igrati od 8. do 21. svibnja, a njegove RMR kvalifikacije u veljači, ožujku i početkom travnja. Ovo će biti prvi put da se igra Major u Francuskoj, ma da su bile i glasine da bi se mogao održati u Danskoj.
Predsjednik Francuske Emmanuel Macron je komentirao kako daje podršku esport sceni. Pokazao je i ambiciju kako bi Francuska mogla češće biti domaćin Majora i drugih esport eventa.
Ekipa iz Blasta je poručila kako će ovo biti ludi i nezobaravan Major, te da će i ekipe i gledatelji uživati u njemu.
