Naziv nove igre je Mortal Kombat Onslaught. Jeste li spremni? Bit će mobilni RPG. Da dobro ste čuli mobilni RPG, a ne borilačka igra po uzoru na sve druge Mortal Kombat naslove. Kroz igru ćemo skupljati svima poznate borce i gledati ih kako se bore u svojim bitkama. Pretpostavljamo kako će igra biti multiplayer, tako da ćemo se boriti protiv drugih ljudi i njihovih boraca. U konačnici možemo reći da će ova igra biti strateški RPG s dodatcima sakupljanja svih boraca.
Iz NetherRealm Studiosa nam poručuju kako žele pomicati granice Mortal Kombata i dopustiti igračima da iskuse franšizu na nove načine. No je li to ono što igrači stvarno žele? Datum izlaska igre još nije poznat, ali zaigrat ćemo ju tek 2023. godine na Androidima i iOS uređajima.
