Bandai Namco i Supermassive Games potvrdili su kako Little Nightmares 3, koje dolazi na PlayStation 4 i 5, Xbox Series X|S i Xbox One, PC, Nintendo Switch 1 i 2, igramo 10. listopada ove godine.

Igrači koji prednaruče Little Nightmares 3 za PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S ili PC, dobiti će remaster prvog Little Nightmares iz 2017. godine. Što se Little Nightmares 3 tiče, dobili smo gameplay trailer u trajanju od 11 minuta. Najveća novost kod trećeg dijela u ovom serijalu je što ćete ovaj naslov moći igrati u dvoje. Najveći problem ove novosti je što morate biti online, ali nije sve tako crno. Little Nightmares 3 podržavati će Friend’s Pass, što bi značilo da je dovoljan samo jedan primjerak igre da možete pozvati drugog igrača. Cross-play će također biti pristuan, ali ne u svojoj punoj snazi. On će funkcionirati samo ako igrate s igračem koji je na istoj platformi kao i vi. Primjerice, PS4 igrači i PS5 igrači neće moći igrati zajedno, a isto vrijedi i za Xbox. PlayStation i Xbox korisnici neće moći igrati međusobno, kao ni korisnici Nintendo Switcha s drugim platformama.
Da ponovimo gradivo, Little Nightmares 3 nastavlja putovanje dvoje protagonista – Low i Alone. Igra je smještena u sablasni svijet poznat kao The Nowhere. Trailer kojeg smo jučer dobili prikazao je novu lokaciju pod nazivom Carnevale, a ako vam ime nije dovoljno otkrilo, riječ je o zabavnom parku, koji našim protagonistima neće biti baš tako zabavan. Gameplay zadržava svoj prepoznatljiv 2.5D puzzle-platform format zbog kojeg su prethodne igre i osvojile srca fanova.
