LEGO web stranica je ažurirana i sada je službeno potvrđeno kako je njihovo najnovije partnerstvo ono s Pokémonom. Sve se ovo dogodilo prije samo nekoliko sati, kada se na internetu pojavio teaser video koji je prikazao partnerstvo između LEGO-a i Pokémona prije nego što je isti uklonjen. Sada postoji odjeljak na LEGO web stranici koji je službeno ažuriran i on prikazuje ovo partnerstvo. Nažalost, nije otkriveno previše detalja o ovoj suradnji, osim činjenice da će ista stići 2026. godine.
Prema priopćenju za javnost, LEGO Group i The Pokémon Company potpisali su višegodišnje partnerstvo kako bi svijet Pokémona oživio i prenio ih u LEGO svijet. Do sada je Pokémon imao ugovor o licenciranju samo s Mattelom, koji je dopuštao prodaju likova koje su kupci mogli sami sastavljati, raznih setova za igranje, a sve to kroz brend Mega Bloks. Međutim ovo partnerstvo bi naravno trebalo prekinuti njihov ugovor s Mattelom.
Sve u svemu, nemamo previše detalja i za sada ne znamo što očekivati. Po uzoru na neke novije LEGO setove, vjerujem kako nas u 2026. godini očekuje nekolicina Pokémon setova koji bi mogli krasiti naše police.
