Poznato je već kako će se u novom Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II vratiti dosta likova iz ranijih igara. U novom isječku od samo 15 sekundi otkriven je i još jedan povratak lika. Naime radi se o “zlikovcu” Shepardu.
Shepard se pojavljuje samo u Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 gdje na početku kampanje glumi da je vaš saveznik. Kasnije vas on ipak izda i iskoristi, te ubije Ghosta i Roacha. Nakon tog Soap i Price idu po osvetu svojih kolega/prijatelja. Radnja se ovdje odvija naravno prije te izdaje tako da ćemo tu vjerojatno gledati suradnju Sheparda i Pricea. Moguće je da će Shepard ovdje biti i član Task Force 141, ali nam to još nije poznato.
Nije iznenađujuče kako Activision vraća stare likove, jer znamo kako u novoj igri će biti povratak Pricea i ekipe Task Force 141.
