Metal Gear Solid 3 dobiva svoj remake, Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, a igrači su uzbuđeni. Prije nekoliko mjeseci dobili smo i trailer koji je dodatno podigao hype oko ovog remakea. Metal Gear Solid je serijal, koji barem u ovom trenutku, izgledao kao projekt bez budućnosti. Svi znamo kako je Kojima napustio Konami i sada stvara svoju priču. No, iz Konamija smatraju da postoji nekoliko kreatora koji mogu osigurati budućnost ovom serijalu.
Iz Konamija poručuju kako će sve ovisiti o uspjehu Metal Gear Solid Delte, to je naslov koji će odlučiti o budućnosti MGS serijala. Drugim riječima, sudbina ovog serijala je u rukama igrača. Developeri tvrde kako će napraviti Metal Gear Solid Detlu kako treba, te da naslovu neće ništa faliti. Nakon toga će prikupljati povratne informacije, a u konačnici će donijeti odluku o budućnosti ovog serijala.
Ako se iz Konamija odluče za nastavak serijala, već su poručili kako igrači mogu očekivati novi remake ili potpuno novi naslov. S druge strane imate igrače koji su Konamiju poručili kako sve ovisi o njima i remakeu koji će isporučiti igračima.
