Igra je spoj puzzle i platformer žanra, a uz to je i family friendl što znači da će biti odlična za obiteljska druženja i zajedničko rješavanje zagonetki. Joe Wander putovati će kroz 4 različita svijeta gdje će te moći tražiti skrivena blaga, ali i rješavati dodatne bonus levele koji su još teži od glavne radnje igre.
Joe Wander posjeduje i nekoliko načina igranja koja će te otključati tek nakon što igru završite u cijelostiTada će te dobiti Hard mode u kojem nemate checkpointe, Hardcore gdje imate svega jedan život za cijeli save file i na kraju Time trial kako bi se okušali kao speedrunner.
Joe Wander dolazi na Xbox Series X | S, PlayStation 5 i Steam 3.2023., a uskoro očekujemo i mogućnost prednarudžbe.
