Intel je prikazao svoje Core procesore 14. generacije te poboljašnja koje oni donose spram prethodnika. Nova serija nazvana Raptor Lake i dalje će koristiti LGA 1700 socket te će biti podržana na svim matičnim pločama koje koriste 600 i 700 serije čipseta. Što je sjajna viijest za sve vlasnike 12. ili 13. generacije koji bi htjeli unaprijediti svoj PC.
Krenuvši od vrha najjači model biti će 14900K koji donosi 8 fizičkih tj. 16 logička jezgra. Najfascinantiji podatak je da je intel ponovno proizveo procesor koji može dostići radni takt od 6.0 GHz u svakodnevnom radu. Prije 14900K je to uspio 13900KS koji je bio prodavan u limitiranoj seriji.
Veliki skok u performansama očekuje se u i7 seriji gdje je 14700K dobio dodna 4 logička jezgra spram prethodnika. Narasli su i radni taktovi kao i količina cache memorije. Zanimljivo je kako je snaga ostala jednaka te je i dalje deklarirana na 125W.
Procesori bez oznake F i dalje će imati integriranu grafičku UHD 770 kao i prethododna generacija procesora. Intel se pohvalio i novim Intel XTu softverom pomoću kojeg će te vrlo jednostavno i uz pomoć AI asistenta lakše overclockati vaš novi procesor te ostvarivati optimalne perfomanse i temperature chipa u radu.
