Nije nam nepoznato da Sony voli raditi remaster verzije neke igre kako bi igračima poboljšao užitak igranja, pa tako, neke od njih su Spider-Man, Ghost of Tsushima, Uncharted 4 and The Last of Us, i naravno na tu listu možemo dodati i Horizon: Zero Down.
Portali MP1ST i VGC jučer su objavili neslužbenu informaciju kako će Horizon: Zero Dawn iz 2017. dobiti svoje izdanje za PlayStation 5 – s tim da nije baš jasno hoće li to Sony definirati kao remaster ili remake – ovisit će valjda žele li naplaćivati to 50 ili 80 eura. Glasine kažu da će nova verzija imati nove modele likova, poboljšano osvjetljenje i bolje animacije, te hrpu opcija pristupačnosti i dodataka gameplayu.
VGC razumije da studio već dugo namjerava proširiti Horizon seriju na prostor za više igrača. Izvori su nam ranije rekli da je co-op isprva planiran za originalnu igru Horizon, ali je na kraju odbačen kako bi se razvojni tim mogao usredotočiti na druga područja naslova.
