Prije tri mjeseca trailer za 28 Years Later postao je drugi najgledaniji trailer za neki horor film u povijesti. Nakon tri mjeseca, Final Destination Bloodlines je oborio prethodni rekord od 178,7 milijuna pregleda, te je tako zasjeo na drugo mjesto.
Do danas, najveću zaradu je ostvario The Final Destination iz 2009. godine sa 186 milijuna dolara. Najveće otvaranje je također imao film iz 2009. godine s 27,4 milijuna dolara. Drugim riječima, glavni konkurent u serijalu je jasan za Final Destination Bloodlines. Glavni cilj nadolazećem Bloodlines je nadmašiti The Final Destination iz 2009. godine.
