Nakon nekoliko godina razvoja u kojem su problemi dolazili i odlazili, slavne osobe posuđivale svoje glasove za ovaj projekt, konačno je došao taj dan kada Fallout serijal odlazi na Britanski otok.
Fallout: London ćete moći zaigrati na PC platformi, ali samo pod sljedećim uvjetima. Ako želite instalirati ovaj mod ne smijete imati Fallout 4: Game of the Year na posljednjem ažuriranju. Drugim riječima, ako posjedujete ovaj naslov na Steam platformi, morat ćete izdvojiti nekoliko minuta i vratiti igru na prethodnu verziju. No, ako ste igrači koji Fallout 4 posjeduje na Epic Gamesu, onda nemate sreće jer ovaj mod nije kompatibilan s tom verzijom.
Fallout: London je najveći dodatak za Fallout 4 unazad sedam godina. Ovo veliko proširenje bit će teško oko 40 GB i upravo zbog svoje težine ovaj mod je ograničen isključivo na PC platformu. Možda u budućnosti budemo mogli zaigrati Fallout: London na konzolama, no zbog dopuštenog limita za modove koje konzole imaju, to se trenutno čini kao nemoguća misija.
