Nedavno su se igrali RMR eventovi u kojima su razne ekipe imale prilike za kvalificiranje na Major. Znamo da neki favoriti kao što su G2 i Astralis nisu uspjeli proći RMR event, a da neke slabije su uspjele.
Iz Europe se moglo kvalificirati 16 europskih ekipa. Iz Europe u contenders fazu su ušli: Fnatic, Outsiders i GamerLegion. U Challengers fazu su ušli: MOUZ, Bad News Eagles, BIG, Cloud9, Vitality i OG. A u Legends fazu: Spirit, Heroic, Sprout, ENCE, NiP, NaVi, Faze.
Iz Amerike je kvalificirano 6 ekipa. U contenders fazi su: Imperial i Furia. U Challengers fazi su: EG i 9z, a u Legends samo Liquid.
I imamo još samo dvije ekipe iz Azijsko-Pacifičkog regiona, a to su Grayhound Gaming i IHC Esports koji su oboje u Contenders fazi.
