U svom intervjuu sa Stevenom Weintraubom iz Collidera, Murphy je započeo temu Shreka. Točnije potvrdio je kako je Shrek 5 u produkciji, ali to nije sve. Donkey ili kako je nama poznat Magare, će dobiti svoj samostalni film. Logičan je to potez s obzirom da je to jedan od najomiljeniji likova u cijeloj Shrek franšizi.
