EA Sports FC donosi neke novitete koje su obožavatelji serijala (FIFA) htjeli već duži niz godina. Novine koje su procurile na Twitteru kod jednog od najpoznatijih FIFA leakera uvelike će utjecati i na najpoznatiji gamemode.
Igrači bi sada trebali dobijati sposobnosti odnosno traitove s obzirom na njihove stvarne perfomanse i posebnosti. Igrači bi unutar igre trebali tako trebali biti sličiniji sebi te bi i mi trebali upravo tako onda s njima igrati. Neymarovi driblinzi, Ronaldov slobodnjak itd. trebali bi se osjetiti na virtualnim terenima.
Osjetit će se i one psihičke osobe odnosno kako prenosi FUT Sherrif. Kapetani momčadi će tako igrače na niskom chamestryu (u Ultimate Teamu) dodavati chamestry. Lone Wolf igrači kao što je to recimo Zlatan Ibrahimović neće trebati suigrače da dobiju chamestry i da apsolutno dominiraju terenom.
Sve je ovo u fazi testiranja unutar EA Sportsa te se nadamo kako će doći u konačnu verziju igre koja nas očekuje početkom jeseni.
