Još jedan trailer koji je bio prikaz za vrijeme The Game Awards 2024 je Dying Light: The Beast. Dobili smo nekoliko sekundi vezanih za sami gameplay igre i moramo priznati da izgleda kao klasično dobar Dying Light. Važno je za naglasiti kako Dying Light: The Beast služi kao spin-off Techlandove popularne franšize o zombijima. Glavni lik je Kyle Crane, pojedinac koji je spasio nekoliko ljudi kada se virus proširio svijetom. Međutim, nakon nekoliko godina u zatočeništvu i podvrgavanju raznim eksperimentima, Kyleov DNK potpuno se stopio s DNK zombija. Ova nuspojava mu je omogućila transformaciju u zombija, odnosno zvijer, jer je od nekud morao doći podnaslov igre.
Iako sama priča zvuči dosta cliché i već viđeno, gameplay i otvoreni svijet je ono što bi igrače trebalo privući. Dying Light: The Beast će imati razne krajolike poput šuma, industrijskih kompleksa i malih sela koje će igrači istraživati za vrijeme svog preživljavanja u apokalipsi. U stilu Dying Lighta, i ovaj naslov ćete moći igrati sami ili u co-op modu za do 4 osobe. Dying Light: The Beast će biti dostupan za PlayStation 4 i 5, Xbox One i Series, te za PC. Datum izlaska još nije poznat, iako Techland vjeruje kako ćemo njihov najnoviji naslov zaigrati na ljeto 2025. godine.
