Na Xbox Developer Direct prezentaciji prikazan je novi trailer za Doom: The Dark Ages, a otkriven je i datum izlaska. Novi Doom igramo tako 15. svibnja 2025. na PC-ju, PlayStationu 5 i Xbox Series konzolama. Naravno na PC-ju i Xboxu moguće ga je od prvoga dana zaigrati putem Game Pass pretplate.
Novi Doom prema onom što nam je prikazano najveći fokus će staviti na borbu prsa o prsa. Blokiranje protivničkih napada biti će moguće koristeći štit koji će moći služiti i za ofenzivu. Borba izgleda jednako zanimljivom i dinamičnom kao i prethodna dva naslova. Ako pak želite dodatan izazov i još više uzbuđenja nove postavke omogučit će prilagodbu težine i ubrzanje ili usporavanje gameplaya.
