2K je predstavio prvi pogled na MyCareer mod u NBA 2K26, a fokus je ovaj put na priči nazvanoj Out of Bounds. Trailer je premijerno prikazan ovog tjedna, a u njemu se vraća i poznato ime – Spike Lee, koji ne samo da narira priču, već i posuđuje glas unutar samog moda.
Igrači u MyCareer kreću kao košarkaški talent iz Vermonta, a kroz niz odluka i izazova pokušavaju ostvariti san, ulazak u NBA. Trailer je više orijentiran na kinematografski prikaz i storytelling, nego na same utakmice ili The City, što daje naslutiti da nas čeka totalni filmski pristup priči. NBA 2K26 izlazi 29. kolovoza za one koji uzmu Superstar ili Leave No Doubt Edition, dok će standardno izdanje uslijediti nešto kasnije. Igra dolazi na PlayStation 4 i 5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch 1 i 2, te PC. Gen 9 značajke, next-gen vizuali i The City bit će dostupne na PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2 i PC-u.
