U glavnoj ulozi ponovno gledamo Elizabeth Vermilyeu kao Vanessu Shepard, dokumentaristicu koja je umrla, ali i uskrsnula u prethodnom filmu Hell House LLC: Lake of Fire. Cognetti je ranije izjavio da će peti nastavak vjerojatno biti posljednji, ali i najstrašniji dio serijala Hell House LLC.
