West Balkans ekspanzija za Euro Truck Simulator 2 zahtijevat će od nas prijevoz građevinskih materijala do gradilišta. Postat ćemo prave balkanske kamiondžije, a developeri su odlučili dodati potpuno nove vrste gradilišta. Odnosno, vidjet ćemo sva ona gradilišta koja su specifična za ova područja. Tako ćemo imati priliku posjetiti farme vjetroelektrana, gradilišta na prometnicama i slična gradilišta.
Vrlo zanimljivi dio ove ekspanzije će biti odlazak po materijale. Imat ćemo specijalizirane trgovine, a veliki plus od nas za developere ide zbog naziva materijala. Naime, ekipa iz SCS Software dodala je naše nazive za materijale. Pa će se tako naši igrači puno lakše snaći kada budu išli po keramiku, fasade, laminat ili bilo kakve druge materijale.
